We’re now building on that legacy by extending our work to address poverty and healthcare inequalities, driving even greater impact across communities.

Funding streams
Established in 2006, the Foundation builds on the firm’s longstanding commitment to philanthropy, with a renewed focus on strategic giving, global impact, and employee engagement. Through two dedicated funding streams, EXPLORE and ELEVATE, we partner with high-potential non-profits working across education, employment, healthcare, and poverty relief to scale their impact, improve lives and drive systemic change. We encourage firm-wide volunteering, support disaster relief initiatives, and are proud of our 4:1 matched giving programme that amplifies personal giving efforts by the Apax team globally.
