Mitch is one of the few leaders of a global PE firm who has operated businesses that have been owned by multiple other PE firms. That background provides him with a real appreciation for the perspective of management teams and for the karmic rewards of taking the mountain as a team. He was attracted to Apax immediately because of the collaborative approach of the deal teams, the humility and transparency of its people and the desire to improve every day.
