Living our values

"I strongly believe in having ‘impact through insight and tenacity.’ To me, this is about intellectual curiosity and determination in pursuit of unique opportunities to help change the trajectory of a business. I find myself coming back to this principle as being foundational to success personally and professionally. At Apax, we operate in an environment where insight and tenacity are fundamental to developing differentiated perspectives, executing complex transactions, and effectively partnering with management teams to create enduring value.
