Bio
Yaniv Berkowitz is a Vice President in the Tel Aviv team. He joined Apax Partners in 2025.
Prior to joining Apax, Yaniv was part of the Investment Banking team at HSBC, where he advised on large-scale M&A and financing transactions across multiple industries. He also served as a financial adviser at Beta Finance, leading project financings and M&A transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sectors. Previously, Yaniv advised startups at Tel Aviv University’s venture capital, TAU Ventures.
Yaniv holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
