Natasha Dillon

Bio
Natasha is our Portfolio People Officer in the OEP team. She joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Natasha was Chief People Officer for Inmarsat where she led the people function for seven years. Before Inmarsat, Natasha worked in consulting at both EY and Korn Ferry Hay Group, providing advisory support to organisations across a range of sectors on HR and business transformation.
Earlier in her career, Natasha spent 12 years at BP, beginning with a number of commercial roles before moving into the HR function, where she gained a wealth of experience in a number of areas including HR transformation, organisational development and design, change management, employee engagement, leadership development and HR operations.
Natasha holds a BSc in Management Science from UMIST.

Natasha was drawn to Apax by the quality of the people and the opportunity to solve problems and add value across a range of different organisations.
She relishes change and much of her career has been focused on transformation - making organisations stronger, creating great places to work, improving business performance and, in doing so, creating value for investors, shareholders and employees.
