Bio
Lav Agarwal is a principal in the OEP team. He joined Apax Partners in 2021 and is currently based in Mumbai, India.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Lav worked as Director of Growth at Danaher Corporation, where he was responsible for driving growth in Danaher portfolio companies in India, Middle East and Singapore regions. Previously, he worked at Medtronic PLC, as head of strategy for Asia Pacific, based out of Singapore and as Business head for a Cardiology business in India. He also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company's Delhi office, where he advised clients on sales and marketing topics.
Lav holds an MBA from India School of Business, an MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Florida, and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
