Adam Lagosz

Inclusion and Diversity Manager

Bio

Adam is an Inclusion and Diversity Manager on the Human Resources Team. He joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in New York City. 

Adam was a member of Insight Partner’s Human Capital Team in New York City, where he focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion globally. He also worked as a campus recruiter at J.P. Morgan Chase in the New York office, where he recruiter for the private bank.

Adam holds a B.B.A in Business Management from Pace University and a Master’s in Human Capital Management from Sacred Heart University where he studied in Luxembourg LU.

Adam is also a competitive equestrian, and currently ranked fifth in the United States and was the American Morgan Horse Association’s Young Person of the Year in 2022.  

Boards

Adam is currently the vice president of the Connecticut Morgan Horse Association, Co-Chair of the American Morgan Horse Association’s Young Adult Alliance, a member of the Metropolitan Opera’s Young Associates, and the Bushnell Center for Performing Arts Next Gen advisory committee. Additionally Adam has partnered with Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS and the Trevor Project.

Adam's Story

Adam loves the combination of business strategy, opportunity, creation, and the “sense of giving back” that goes along with leading Inclusion and Diversity at Apax. He has taken those same important elements to his hobbies as well. An avid equestrian and arts enthusiast Adam has become involved in helping forge the path of the next generation of leaders while helping to provide resources.
