Bio
Taro is a Principal and Head of IR, Japan. He joined Apax in 2025 and is currently based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Apax, Taro was a Client Relationship Manager, Member of Management within Partners Group's Client Solution team in Tokyo. He also worked as a Director at UBS Asset Management's Institutional Client coverage team in the Tokyo office. He started his career at Norinchukin Bank, where he was involved in LP investments across US, Europe and Asian Buyout funds.
Taro holds a B.S. in Agriculture from Kyushu University.
