Sophia is an Analyst in the Investor Relations team. She joined Apax in 2024 and is currently based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax, Sophia was an account manager at Capvision, where she supported Private and Institutional investors in their due diligence process.
Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Media Studies and graduated Cum Laude from Butler University.

Sophia's Story
Sophia’s interest in private equity was sparked by her exposure into unique business ventures local to her hometown of Vail, CO, that were driven through private investors. Moreover, working closely with private equity investors in her prior role deepened her desire to understand all facets of the business and process of forming lasting relationships with investors. Her goal to continue to hone her communication skills, combined with private equity interest, drew Sophia to Apax. The firm’s highly collaborative culture and connectivity as one global team excited Sophia and aligned as a natural progression for her career offering a dynamic environment to foster growth.
