Bio
Roxana Mirica joined Apax in 2017 as head of Capital Markets in Europe. She is responsible for leading debt and equity capital markets transactions for Apax’s portfolio companies, as well as structured finance transactions across the Apax Funds. Roxana is also involved in the growth of the Apax Credit platform and manages the firm's relationships with banks and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Apax, Roxana spent 9 years at Barclays, most recently as Director in Leveraged Finance.
Roxana holds a BA in Economics and Chemistry cum laude from Dartmouth College.
