Bio
Richard Newton is Head of Transaction Services. He joined Apax Partners in 2003 as a funds administration manager before moving into Transaction Services in 2008.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Richard was a senior accountant at Everest Capital which was a Bermuda based hedge fund.
Richard holds an MA in Politics from The University of Edinburgh and is a Chartered Accountant.

Richard was drawn to Apax over 15 years ago by the opportunity to work with highly motivated and professional colleagues across multiple geographies. He continues to find it very rewarding to be working in such a dynamic environment and his role as Head of Transaction Services provides a stimulating challenge of problem solving on deals.
