Bio

Ouijdane is an Associate in the Tech team. She joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in London.

Prior to joining Apax, Ouijdane was an Associate in the France Investment Banking team at Morgan Stanley in Paris, where she advised French corporates and private equity firms on M&A and financing transactions across various industries.

Ouijdane holds a MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School.

Ouijdane joined Apax after starting her career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley.
