Bio
Min Sung is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for Asia-Pacific. He joined Apax in 2025 and is currently based in Hong Kong.
Before Apax, Min was a Managing Director of Customized Portfolio Solutions at KKR. Prior to his time at KKR, he served as a Managing Director and the Head of Asia at BlackRock Private Equity Partners. At BlackRock, he was also a member of the Global Executive Committee for the BlackRock Private Equity Partners and the BlackRock Alternative Investors Asia.
Additionally, Min worked as an External Advisor at Vertex Holdings, a subsidiary of Temasek, before transitioning to his role at BlackRock from STIC Investments, a Korea-focused venture capital and private equity firm. During his time at STIC, he held the positions of Global Head of Investor Relations and Head of the Hong Kong Office. Min began his finance career as an Executive at Macquarie Capital in Hong Kong.
Min Sung holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne.
