Bio
Matt is an Associate in the Services team. He joined Apax in 2024 and is currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes CohnReznick, Lexitas, and Authority Brands.
Prior to joining Apax, Matt was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Consumer, Retail and Business Services Group in New York, where he worked on the execution of Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets transactions.
Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
