Bio
Mark Beith is a Partner of Apax Digital and leads the team in Europe. He focuses on minority and buyout investments in high-growth software, data/AI, fintech, and online marketplace businesses.
He joined Apax in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience. Mark has led and participated in key deals including AtHome, GreytHR, Xeneta, ClearBank, Tide, Faculty, Pricefx, Signavio and Solita. He is based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Mark worked at Silver Lake, Apollo, and Morgan Stanley.
Mark holds a first class MA (Cantab) in History from the University of Cambridge.

Mark loves figuring out how things work, and brainstorming thorny problems with ambitious management teams.
He was attracted to Apax by the talented yet humble people, and the opportunity not just to invest in start-ups but also to craft one – building out a new growth team in Europe.
In his spare time, when not ice swimming, sword fighting, or karaoke singing (badly), he enjoys dark comedies and Korean gangster films.
