Bio
Isaiah is a Senior Associate on the Apax Digital team. He joined Apax in 2025 and is currently based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax, Isaiah was a member of Bessemer Venture Partners Forge in New York, where he worked on technology growth buyout transactions. He also worked as an investment banker at RBC's San Francisco and New York offices, where he advised technology clients.
He holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business

Isaiah first encountered Apax as a banker, where he was impressed by the team’s analytical rigor paired with a humility in tackling complex problems. What ultimately drew him to Apax was its thoughtful, long-term approach to investing, grounded in a deep history of partnership with management teams. He was inspired by colleagues who combine intellectual curiosity with a collaborative mindset and a shared commitment to building enduring businesses.
