Living our values

"I love teams. I have always been attracted to the commitment and comradery required to succeed. Looking back on my childhood, I was fortunate to have been an average athlete. I learned that in order to be part of the team I needed to outplan and outhustle my peers. This underdog mentality and grittiness benefits my professional and family life to this day. This is why “having impact through insight and tenacity” resonates with me.”

Dave's Story

Dave remains dedicated to Apax’s values and culture after more than a decade at the firm. In particular, Apax’s commitment to continuous improvement, as demonstrated by the launch of new platforms like Apax Digital, creates a dynamic and exciting work environment.  Dave’s decision to join the growth strategy pays tribute to his parents’ careers: his father took great pride in spending forty years with the same firm while his mother launched her own business mid-career.
