I spent most of my childhood bouncing between China and the States, keenly aware of the linguistic, cultural, and political differences between the two. As a child, the question was always how to be American enough or Chinese enough. I learned over time that my differences and that of others are what shape our ability to collectively bring unique solutions to the table. Accordingly, Apax’s pursuit of success as one global team resonates deeply as I reflect on my own embrace of global perspectives.
