Ashley Pakenham is a Director of Development in Apax Digital. She joined Apax in 2015 and is currently based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax, Ashley worked in Private Equity Liability Underwriting at Zurich Insurance and AXA XL in London.
Ashley holds a BA in Corporate Strategy and History of Art with distinction from Vanderbilt University.

Ashley's Story
Ashley was initially drawn to Apax 7 years ago by the firm’s global footprint. Raised moving between London, Tokyo, LA, and New York, Ashley was shaped by a number of different cultures. Finding a truly international team was the main criteria for her when choosing a workplace home. She was immediately captivated by Apax’s highly collaborative team – excited to work with its extensive and diverse network of both colleagues and investors.
