Bio
Ania Batko is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team in New York. She joined Apax in 2023 and is responsible for fundraising and client servicing in the Americas.
Prior to joining Apax, Ania was a Vice President at Leonard Green & Partners, where she worked as an investment professional and in Investor Relations. Previously, she was an investment banking analyst at Barclays in Los Angeles, covering Financial Sponsors.
Ania holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an HBA from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Ania was drawn to Apax because of the firm’s global team and highly collaborative culture. Growing up in both Poland and Canada taught her the importance of incorporating diverse opinions and perspectives. Apax’s international network of investors and colleagues, as well as its partnership mentality, has quickly made her feel at home. She is excited to form lasting relationships both inside and outside of the Apax organization.
