Living our values

“One of the most attractive elements of my career is the capacity to learn continuously – from new people, businesses, policies, and approaches to creating value as an investor. I joined Apax in 2017 and have loved the experience as it has enabled me to do what I enjoy most, but on a global scale with colleagues whom I value as partners. In order to be competitive and relevant, we are adapting and applying our learnings every day in order to be better investors and partners to our management teams.”

Andrew's Story

Andy and his family live in his hometown alongside his parents, siblings and lots of nieces and nephews. He did manage to make it out for a few years to attend college in upstate New York, where he became intrigued with development economics and the interplay of business and government policy. This interest led to a focus on investing in the healthcare industry early in his professional career. Today he is passionate about working with his colleagues around the world to build more valuable healthcare companies that make a positive impact on people’s lives.
