Bio

Aaradhya is an Associate. He joined Apax in 2025 and is currently based in Mumbai, India.

Prior to joining Apax, Aaradhya was a member of Avendus Capital's Investment Banking team in Mumbai, where he worked on Technology and Consumer transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Deutsche Bank in their Fixed Income Structuring and Healthcare Investment Banking teams.

Aaradhya holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

My late grandfather, who faced a major accident early in life, yet consistently confronted challenges with resilience, has been my greatest inspiration.
