Living our values

“Work should be a source of joy, energy and fulfilment, as we have ‘impact through insight and tenacity’. Too often however we are misplaced, stretched beyond our capabilities, or lack the conditions to be successful. My mother was a gifted careers adviser; I have inherited her drive to build a holistic and comprehensive understanding of someone’s unique strengths, values and limitations. Using these insights, we can make the right leadership decisions, fuelling portfolio performance and happier working lives.”
