TERN empowers refugees in the UK to realise their entrepreneurial ambitions and build sustainable businesses.

Founded in 2016, TERN provides tailored support including mentoring, coaching, expert workshops, and access to a collaborative community of over 350 refugee founders.

Participants receive guidance on everything from legal and tax matters to branding and marketing, along with opportunities to showcase their ventures through events and platforms.

By championing refugee talent and creativity, TERN’s mission is to enable refugees to thrive through the power of their own ideas and create lasting change through entrepreneurship.
