Bio
Tom Duran is an associate on the Apax Digital team. He joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax, Tom was a member of Barclay’s Technology Investment Banking team where he worked on global M&A and financing transactions in the software, data and information services, fintech, and IT services sectors.
Tom graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics.

Tom became aware of Apax during his years in investment banking and from the onset was attracted to the differentiated global nature and diverse strategies of the platform. Moreover, Tom is excited by the firm’s commitment to entrepreneurship and the support that Apax Digital has from the global brand.
