"I grew up playing a lot of team sports including rugby. We were often not as strong or of the same towering physical stature as many of our opponents. Despite this, it often amazed me how a smaller, yet more cohesive and nimbler team could pull off surprising results. The frequency of these results made me realise that when everybody played their assigned role within the team it not only created a powerful dynamic but it also supercharged the potential outcome. To this day “succeed as one global team” reminds me of the impact a joined up team can have."
