'We learn, adapt and grow’ reminds me of the summers I spent as a surf instructor for individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Each day the surf team faced new challenges in terms of both campers’ needs and the ocean conditions; we responded with creativity, cooperation and a focus on a common goal that made each camper’s surf day the highlight of the summer. I join the Apax team as collaborative problem-solver and I look forward to learning, adapting and growing together.
