Growing up across six countries, I learned to stay curious, adapt quickly and embrace new challenges. Through all the change, my one constant was family, which taught me the importance of strong, supportive relationships. This experience shaped how I work today and is why both ‘we learn, adapt and grow’ and ‘we succeed as one global team’ resonate deeply with me.
