Bio
Max is a Senior Associate in the Credit team. He joined Apax in 2025 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Max worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in Milan and, most recently, at PJT Partners in London, where he was an Associate advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and debt advisory transactions.
Max holds a Master Grande École with a specialisation in Finance from ESCP Business School, and a BSc in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi di Torino.

Max's Story
My parents have shaped the values I live by. My mother raised me and my brother with relentless tenacity, despite challenges that would have discouraged most. From her, I learned resilience and quiet strength. My father, a successful entrepreneur and world traveller who reinvented himself later in life, taught me to stay curious and never settle for mediocrity. Their example is why the core Apax values resonate deeply with me.
