Bio
Lucas is an Associate in the Digital team. He joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Lucas worked at the Technology team at J.P. Morgan, where he advised clients on M&A and financing transactions.
Lucas holds an M.A. in Accounting and Finance from University of St. Gallen and a Bsc in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Lucas' Story
Lucas’ passion to evaluate and understand businesses was first sparked by watching his parents build and grow a small business. Observing the required hard work, tenacity, and the challenges encountered also embedded him with a deeply held respect for any entrepreneur and risk-taker.
Apart from the opportunity to work with innovative entrepreneurs, Lucas was attracted to Apax by its equally talented and humble professionals and their shared desire to develop a deep and differentiated understanding of the companies Apax partners with.
