Kaushal Mehta

Bio
Kaushal is a Vice President in the Services team. He joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in New York. He is deeply involved in managing our investments in Tosca, Lexitas, PIB Group, and Assured Partners.
Prior to joining Apax, Kaushal was a member of Bain Capital’s Private Equity team in India, where he worked on deals across consumer, business services, and financial services sectors. He also worked as a consultant at BCG’s Mumbai office, where he advised clients from retail & consumer, and financial services industries.
Kaushal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.Com from the University of Mumbai. In addition, Kaushal is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
