Bio
Jess is an Operating Advisor in the Operational Excellence team. She joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in the US.
Prior to joining Apax, Jess spent the past 9 years as a Project Management Leader in SaaS Operations and Engineering organizations. She most recently spent three years as a Director in the SaaS Compliance organization, where she was responsible for building out the Program Management Office and leading automation initiatives. Prior that role, Jess worked on Cloud M&A for several years, where she led new SaaS teams through the Oracle integration lifecycle.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jess has led various programs over the years, where she partnered with engineers, developers, business SMEs and executives to solve business and technical problems. After spending nearly two decades working in telecom and technology organizations, she is still drawn to the thrill of tackling a new challenge and jumping into the chaos.
