Bio
Chloé Barritault is an Operating Advisor, Revenue Operations in the Operational Excellence Practice team. She joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in California, USA.
Prior to joining Apax, Chloé started her own consultancy company, Rising RevOps, focused on helping companies build successful and scalable Revenue Operations programs (processes, systems, analytics, teams) that help improve sales and go-to-market execution. She also has prior experiences at MyCase, where she was Vice President, Revenue Operations; at Button in New York and Impact in Santa Barbara, where she held similar roles.
Chloé excels in strategic approaches to overcome business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
She holds both a Master’s Degree in International Business Negotiation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development Management from ESCEM Business School in France.

Chloé's Story
Chloe joined Apax after 10 years leading Operations teams at various companies. Most recently as the VP of RevOps at one of Apax’ Portfolio Company, she got to discover Apax’ company values and the support offered to the portfolio in achieving success. She observed meaningful collaboration and mindful communication both internally and externally, which has been truly inspiring, particularly in how it enables success. This resonated with Chloe who has been incorporating mindful practices into her life and ultimately attracted her to join the team!
