Sam Cohen

Bio
Sam is a Vice President in the Tech team. He joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Sam worked at Rhône Group in London, where he invested predominantly across the business services sector. Prior to that, he was a member of the Industrials and Business Services team at Citigroup in London, where he advised clients on M&A and financing transactions.
Sam holds a B.Comm (Hons 1) in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Sydney.

Sam was drawn to Apax by the intellectual curiosity of his colleagues and the humble nature with which they approach the job.
