Bio
Nicole is a Vice President on the Global Impact team. She joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in New York.
Prior to joining Apax, Nicole was a Vice President at Madison Dearborn Partners. She began her private equity career at Gauge Capital, focusing on investments in healthcare, business services, and consumer sectors. She also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients across industries.
Nicole holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
