Bio
Michael is Head of Funds Legal in the Legal and Compliance team and is based in London.
Prior to joining Apax Partners in December 2018, Michael worked as a legal director at Actis and has previously worked as legal counsel at Campbell Lutyens and as a private funds lawyer at Clifford Chance.
Michael holds a first class honours degree in political science from Durham University, a graduate diploma in law from BPP University and a legal practice qualification from the College of Law.
