Bio
Laura is a Distinguished Professor at Haas School of Business, and Board of Trustees Chair at the Blum Center for Developing Economies at the University of California, Berkeley. During the Clinton Administration, she served as the Chair of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, and Director of the White House National Economic Council.
