Bio
Anurag Sud is a Managing Director in the Tech team and Head of India. He joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in Mumbai, India.
Prior to joining Apax, Anurag was a Principal at Baring Private Equity Asia (part of EQT), where he focused on buyouts in the technology and healthcare sectors, completing eight investments during his tenure. Before pursuing his MBA, Anurag was part of the growth equity investment team at Fidelity and the investment banking practice at Rothschild India.
Anurag holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
