Living our values

"My constant guiding light is my late father, who spent a 55-year career in public service, starting from the very bottom and working his way up with integrity, tenacity and humility. While each of Apax’s values resonate strongly, I most identify with: “choosing right over easy”. This is my personal North Star that guides my relationships, my work and my efforts to help others.”
