Dan's Story
Dan first joined Apax in 1999, and then returned in 2016, so has a pretty unique perspective on how much Apax has grown and evolved over more than 20 years. While Apax was always global, Dan first knew it as a consortium of locally managed funds, each with its own team that operated somewhat independently. Today, Apax operates as one global firm, with seven offices on three continents. Operating as One Apax - across times zones, languages, currencies and cultures – it’s not easy but it’s such an important part of what makes Apax such a unique place to come to work every day.
