Arushi's Story

Arushi became interested in growth equity when her brother became a founder. As he debated leaving his job to start his company, she took on the role of an investor asking hours upon hours of questions to evaluate the potential of the business.

This process made her excited to pursue a career in growth investing, where she would to talk to management teams across the world. She was drawn specifically to Apax due to their emphasis on mentorship, culture, and creating value.
