As a signatory to the Principles of Responsible Investment since 2011, Apax Partners has been committed to integrating responsible investment into its investment advisory practices for many years.  

Now in its sixth edition, the Report outlines the firm’s approach to sustainability while also highlighting the overall ESG footprint of the Apax Funds’ portfolio companies, as measured through a number of ESG-related metrics. 

In addition, the report provides case study examples to illustrate some of the ESG activity at specific portfolio companies. For example, the medical device company Candela has recently rationalised its global distribution footprint reducing its carbon footprint, while the supply chain solutions business Tosca Services helps customers reduce waste through the use of reusable plastic containers over corrugated packaging.
