Last month, we were delighted to welcome our LPs to London for our Annual Investor Meeting. Over the course of four days, we hosted investors across our Global Buyout, Digital, and Impact strategies, alongside portfolio company leaders and members of our advisor network.
The sessions explored the evolving private equity landscape and how Apax is deploying the “hidden gems” strategy to deliver superior returns at scale. Attendees heard updates on fund performance, our distinctive investment approach, and how we continue to identify a rich pipeline of compelling opportunities.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us or helped make the event happen - we’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

International Women's Day
|
As part of our International Women’s Day celebrations, we had the privilege of hosting a powerful fireside chat in London between Apax partner, Roxana Mirica, and Ali Truwit - a two-time Paralympic silver medalist and American record holder in the 400m freestyle and 100m backstroke. We heard firsthand about resilience, growth, and Ali’s incredible journey of turning trauma into triumph. Through her charity, Stronger Than You Think, Ali is changing lives by supporting women and girls with limb loss, promoting water safety, and empowering Paralympic athletes.

Welcoming Bright Minds into the London Office
|
In February, we were thrilled to host 13 students for a week-long work experience programme in partnership with IntoUniversity, a charity dedicated to supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in achieving their aspirations - whether through university, further education, employment, or training.
Throughout the jam-packed week, students gained insight into different functions across our firm and worked on a hands-on project simulating an investment in a company. The
week concluded with students presenting their findings to a mock investment committee. A huge thank you to everyone in our London office who contributed their time and
expertise to make this experience meaningful.
Here’s what some of the students had to say:
“I learnt that private equity is more than just numbers, it’s about strategy, growth, and long-term impact.”
“The highlight? The final pitch! Working with my team to break down investment ideas and present them was intense but rewarding and the people made it even better."
A fantastic week all around, and we look forward to welcoming more bright minds in the future!

The Apax New York Team Helped Keep NYC Warm
|
As temperatures dropped to dangerous lows last winter for many months, Apax’s New York team came together to support the NYC Winter Coat Drive - raising nearly $15,000 with the backing of the Apax Foundation.
For the first time, we combined our annual Winter Wishes Gift Letters with the Coat Drive, partnering with the incredible team at New York Cares. It’s been a privilege to support the important work they do for our community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make a real difference for those New Yorkers most in need.
