Experience and qualifications
Dave Evans is a Principal of Apax Digital where he focuses on growth buyout and growth equity investments in leading internet, enterprise software, and technology-enabled services companies. He joined Apax Partners in 2009 and is based in the New York office.
Dave’s Apax investment experience includes Advantage Sales & Marketing, Answers Corporation, ClassPass, Dealer.com, FULLBEAUTY Brands, MetaMetrics, SMART Technologies, TIVIT and Trader Corporation. He currently serves as a director of Ideal Protein and MetaMetrics, and was previously a director at FULLBEAUTY Brands and Kepro. Dave has held several interim operating positions across the Apax funds' portfolio, including roles at Trader Corporation, rue21 and FULLBEAUTY Brands. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Dave was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Dave holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
