Manan Kapadia is a Vice President and currently based in Mumbai. He joined Apax Partners in 2017 and returned in 2023 after two years at business school. Manan has participated in key deals including Healthium MedTech.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Manan was a part of the investment advisory team at Kedaara Capital in Mumbai where he worked on transactions across healthcare and financial services. Prior to Kedaara Capital, he was an analyst in the Investment Banking team at Lazard India.
Manan is a Chartered Accountant (all India rank-holder), holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Manan's Story
Manan comes from a family of stock brokers and investors, so a career in investing was always an obvious option. However, unlike his family who engaged in public market investing, Manan was always intrigued by control investing – investing where he could actively participate in a company's growth. He was drawn to Apax because of its focus on buyouts and its ability to create value for all stakeholders.
