the wider public. As such, Apax seeks to build and maintain
long-term relationships which are based on trust and mutual
advantage.
Apax has committed significant
resources to ensure that its communications to investors and other
stakeholders are timely and accurate. As such, it is a signatory of
the ILPA guidelines, a set of principles which provide
a more formal framework and aim to strengthen the alignment between
investors and their GPs.
