Experience and qualifications
Shay Aba is a Principal based in Tel Aviv and joined Apax
Partners in 2008. He is a member of the Financial & Business
Services team. He participated in a number of key deals including
Psagot Investment House. He has been serving as advisor and board
member to a number of Apax portfolio companies including Tnuva Food
Industries and Psagot Investment House.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Shay was an investment banker with
Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns in New York where he specialised in
advising industrial companies on capital raising and mergers and
acquisitions.
Shay holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in
economics from York University.
