Experience and qualifications
Michael Meng is a Senior Associate in the
Healthcare Group. He joined Apax Partners in 2008 and is
currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes
Qualitest, rue21, and Norcraft.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Michael was a
member of Lazard's Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions Group in
New York, where he worked on pharma, biotech, and healthcare
services M&A and financing transactions. He has also worked in
investment banking in Hong Kong office of UBS.
Michael holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance and
Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of
Michigan.
