Experience and qualifications
John Park is a Senior Associate in the New York office.
John originally joined Apax Partners in 2006 and is a member of the
US Tech & Telecom group. He has participated in a number of
deals including Epicor Software Corporation and Activant
Solutions.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, John was a member of the Mergers
& Acquisitions practice at Morgan Stanley, specialising in
advising clients in the media and telecom sectors.
John holds a BA in economics, cum laude, from Princeton
University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
