Experience and qualifications
Alex Pellegrini is a Partner in the Retail & Consumer team.
He has been based in the New York office since joining Apax
Partners in 2000. Alex also leads Apax Partners' efforts in Brazil.
Alex has both led and participated in a number of key deals
including Advantage Sales & Marketing, TIVIT, Rue21, Spectrum
Laboratory Holdings, MagnaCare, Encompass Home Health and Voyager
and is a board member on Advantage Sales & Marketing, TIVIT,
and Rue21.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Alex was with Merrill Lynch
& Co. in its investment banking department.
Alex received a BS in Finance with Honours from The Pennsylvania
State University.
